Denver

Kira, Sky and I went to Denver over Labor Day weekend to visit Mark and Janet.  Sierra did not want to drive with us so she stayed with Grandma Davis. We missed having her with us but it was a great weekend. We went to a Boulder festival where people were building rock sculptures in the river.  We also went to the Taste of Colorado festival and listened to Blood, Sweat and Tears, ate samples of food, and went through artist booths.  Mark and Janet took us to a butterfly pavilion.  I have never seen so many exotic butterflies in one place.  We  also shopped, went to a farmers market, and hiked.  Even though we stayed busy, we slowed down for a nice dinner at an Italian restaurant and enjoyed a great conversation.  We hope to see them again soon.
